Dr. William “Bill” Hodges
Veterinarian & Owner
Meet Dr. Hodges
Since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2014, William has focused his career on Emergency Medicine. Over the years, he has expanded his impact by creating and operating his own locum veterinary business, serving specialty ER hospitals across multiple states.
His locum work has provided a platform to pursue his passions for education and communication. At the core of his practice is a simple yet powerful goal: to deliver compassionate, collaborative care for animals while helping pet owners better understand their pets’ needs. Dr. Hodges believes that well-informed clients lead to healthier pets, a stronger profession, and more fulfilled veterinarians—ultimately creating a happier experience for all involved.
Beyond client care, Dr. Hodges devotes time to mentoring colleagues and supporting hospital teams. He lives by the motto: “Our profession must evolve, and we evolve through collaboration.”
Outside of veterinary medicine, he finds balance through baking, soccer, gardening, and running—most recently completing his first ultramarathon!
Mike Walker
Practice Manager
Meet Mike
My favorite part of working in veterinary medicine is definitely the patients who come through our doors each day. That said, I have a special passion for client education. I find real fulfillment in knowing that pet owners leave our clinic with the knowledge they need to better care for their animals. At home, I have two dogs—Blue and Magneto—who keep life interesting. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me horseback riding or enjoying time outdoors mudding.
